FINALLY SHALOM! - TOGETHER AGAIN

Announcing the upcoming MARRIAGE REDEDICATION CEREMONY of DANNY PATTON and SANDY LYNN PATTON April 4th, 2014.

Danny is the son of the late Dorthy Dean Patton Bridges originally of Snyder, Texas; and the late Cecil Gaylon Patton originally of Bagota, Texas. He is the step-son of the late Jack W. Bridges originally of Ardmore, Oklahoma.

Danny is the grandson of: the late Marvin Patton and Eula Mae Mauldin Patton of Red River County, Texas; the late Hosey Coy Dever originally of Snyder, Texas and Mary Maude Trousdale Dever who is originally from Point Point, Texas and now resides in Ozark, Arkansas.

Danny is the great grandson of the late C.Y. Caleb Young Trousdale and the late Barbara Robinson Trousdale of Pilot Point and Snyder Texas.

Sandy Lynn is the daughter of the late Gaylon Lemuel Shannon and the late Anna RENE Laurene Casey Shannon both of Mason, Oklahoma in Okfuskee County.

At age 40, Sandra Lynn Shannon Patton was adopted by the late RAY Raymond Charles Sherman originally of Payne County, Oklahoma. Ray pastored churches in Payne, Coal, and Okfuskee Counties and was active in jail and nursing home and street ministry as well as mission trips to Mexico.

At age 50, Sandy Lynn was unofficially adopted by the late ED Edgar Kopp of Oklahoma City. Together they co-authored MR. EMPLOYMENT™.

Sandy Lynn is the granddaughter of: the late LEE Elbie Leonal Shannon originally of Muldrow, Oklahoma and the late Ida Francis Clinkenbeard Shannon Boren originally of Mount Home, Arkansas; the late BILL, William Levi Casey originally of Branson, Missouri and the late Stella Delpha Hayhurst Casey originally of Berryville, Arkansas. She is the step-granddaughter of Homer Boren originally from Muldrow, Oklahoma.

Danny and Sandy Lynn have two married daughters: Jared and Sarah Martin of Mustang Oklahoma; and Donald and Mary Johnson of San Diego California.

Sandy Lynn has a God-Son, Ryan Prater, and a God-Daughter, Andrea Strayhorn, and God-grandchildren children: Sabra Strayhorn, William Jerry Bradford III, and Isaiah Strayhorn which are all formerly of Okemah Oklahoma. She has two God-Sons in Oklahoma City: Yosef Azebbar and Michael Makanile.

Danny graduated from Pawhuska High School. Sandy Lynn graduated from Okemah High School. The Patton’s are both alumni of Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee Oklahoma. The Patton’s have served in ministry as evangelists in Oklahoma, Arkansas and Texas.

The Patton’s served in the following Southern Baptist Churches in Oklahoma: Westlawn and Douglas Boulevard in Oklahoma City and Weatherford Indian. In addition Danny served on the staff of First Baptist Church in Houston Texas. Sandy Lynn has served on the staff of the following Oklahoma Baptist Churches: White Stone Baptist Church in Cromwell as well as Calvary Okemah, Last Chance and Pharaoh all Baptist Churches in Okfuskee County. Sandy Lynn served as Baptist Student Union song leader for O.U. Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City and Panhandle State University in Goodwell Oklahoma. Both Danny and Sandy served on the staff of the Capital Baptist Association in the Baptist Women’s Shelter, Grace Rescue Mission and the Baptist Mission Center. Sandy Lynn has also served in NE Indiana and South Dakota in the U.S. and international missions to Mexico and headed up Haiti Relief and Restoration –helps from Oklahoma she personally took as far as Galveston, Texas on their way to Haiti.

Sandy Lynn Patton directed and hosted W.W.J.D. Radio programs out of two stations in Oklahoma City: KTLR 2005-2006 and KTLV 2009-10. Danny is the former pastor of the Indian Baptist Church in Weatherford Oklahoma. Sandy Lynn Patton is the Pastor of W.W.J.D. Westlawn in Oklahoma City where she has been the past seven-and-a-half years. The Patton’s are the Directors of What Would Jesus Do Association.

Danny and Sandy Lynn Patton originally married at Westlawn Baptist Church by Pastor Hugh Bumpas in Oklahoma City April 4th, 1980 and lived together in: Oklahoma City, Midwest City, Boise City, Goodwell and Weatherford, Norman. Danny and the girls lived in Choctaw. Danny also lived in Purcell. Sandy Lynn also ived in Okemah, Edmond, McLoud, and Pauls Valley.

After twenty-one years of trauma, due to divorce and separations, the Pattons invite you to know the joy –finally shalom! They are together again.
